You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with experience in engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You excel at responding to advanced product and technical questions, ensuring that customers feel supported throughout their journey with Notion. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of in-person interactions to foster strong relationships with both customers and team members.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring that each customer receives the attention they deserve. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and providing solutions that align with customer goals.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Notion, you will partner closely with the sales organization to engage with prospective and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to advanced product inquiries, RFPs, and security questionnaires, ensuring that all responses are precise and timely. You will provide thoughtful technical guidance to customers, helping them understand how Notion can integrate with their existing tech stack and support their business objectives.
You will work collaboratively with sales representatives to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively. Your role will involve demonstrating the capabilities of Notion's products and assisting customers in deploying and integrating the platform into their workflows. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
