What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at OpenAI, you will deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how the ChatGPT business product can address their business challenges. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, scoping use cases, and developing proof of concepts to showcase the value of our solutions.
You will collaborate with Mid Market and Enterprise Sales teams to ensure that clients achieve tangible business value from our models. By recommending architectural patterns and guiding implementation strategies, you will help clients maximize the benefits of the OpenAI API. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving adoption and satisfaction among our diverse customer base.
