With at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, you understand the nuances of partner ecosystems and how to leverage them for mutual benefit. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, capable of connecting strategy to execution while fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Your experience includes defining and evolving partner strategies that align with business goals, and you are adept at managing a global team. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and drive outcomes through collaboration. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can analyze partnership performance to inform future strategies.
Desirable
Experience in the learning management system (LMS) or learning experience platform (LXP) space is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered solutions. You have a knack for identifying new partnership opportunities and can navigate complex negotiations to create win-win scenarios. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, and you enjoy mentoring team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
