Overview

Filigran is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success in EMEA. You'll collaborate with support, sales, and product teams to enhance the customer journey. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in customer success.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building strong, proactive relationships with customers and understand the importance of aligning technical delivery with business goals. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients is one of your key strengths, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you work closely with support, sales, and product teams.

You are data-driven and capable of tracking success metrics to inform your strategies. Your experience in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities demonstrates your proactive approach to customer engagement. You are adept at coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the full customer lifecycle, from kickoff and onboarding to adoption, training, and renewal. You will build strong relationships with customers across the EMEA region, ensuring they derive maximum value from Filigran's solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in partnership with the sales team, as well as coordinating with Customer Support Engineers and Customer Platform Architects to ensure effective communication and delivery in response to deployment and support tickets.

You will collect and share customer feedback internally to drive improvements in product and service quality. Your role will be pivotal in tracking success metrics and using data to inform your strategies, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction. You will play a key role in helping Filigran continue to provide exceptional value to its customers.
