Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success management, particularly within the K-12 education market. Your experience includes managing relationships with large district partnerships, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from the services provided. You are adept at leading consultative meetings and using data to inform strategies for account management.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, product, and engineering. Your ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about education and committed to helping educators and students succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Seesaw's largest district partnerships, ensuring that they are fully utilizing the platform to enhance their educational offerings. You will own the renewal and expansion process for your accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Leading consultative meetings with key district stakeholders, you will leverage data to develop tailored strategies that meet their unique needs.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to escalate issues, discover trends, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. Your insights will help shape the direction of Seesaw's offerings, ensuring that they remain aligned with the needs of educators and students. You will be a vital part of the team, contributing to Seesaw's mission of providing joyful and connected learning experiences.
