Overview

Filigran is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success in EMEA. You'll collaborate with support, sales, and product teams to enhance customer experiences. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in customer success.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build strong, proactive relationships with customers is key to your success. You understand the importance of aligning technical delivery with business goals and have experience working closely with cross-functional teams.

You are data-driven and can track success metrics to inform your strategies. Your communication skills allow you to act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they receive the value they expect from Filigran's solutions. You are comfortable identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with sales teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the full customer lifecycle, from kickoff and onboarding to adoption, training, and renewal. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve and escalate customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your responsibilities will include collecting and sharing customer feedback internally to improve product and service quality, as well as tracking success metrics to inform your approach.

You will collaborate closely with Customer Support Engineers and Customer Platform Architects to ensure effective communication and delivery in response to deployment and support tickets. Your proactive approach will help Filigran continue to provide exceptional value to its customers in the EMEA region.
