What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Filigran, you will play a pivotal role in the OpenCTI team, contributing to the core of our open-source platform. You will actively engage with the OpenCTI codebase, taking strong ownership of new features and driving continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include identifying, investigating, and resolving bugs, as well as participating in technical brainstorming sessions to refine tasks and proposals. You will also take part in the on-call rotation, acting proactively during incidents to ensure swift resolution. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow technically, and leading or facilitating technical workgroups to explore and align on engineering topics. You will be instrumental in addressing technical debt and legacy pain points, ensuring the platform remains robust and efficient.
