What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that power Finch's API products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of users and align with the company's mission. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, bringing your expertise to the table while also learning from your peers. Your work will directly contribute to the infrastructure that supports impactful applications used by many.

You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your colleagues and helping to maintain high standards of quality in the codebase. As a Staff Engineer, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the systems you work on and the processes your team follows.
