Your experience spans from early-stage startups to established companies, giving you a unique perspective on product development. You have a strong understanding of voice technology and are excited about the potential of voice as a primary interface for users. Bonus points if you have experience building your own startup or have been part of a company’s growth journey from Series B to F.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will ramp up on Vapi's voice agent pipeline, learning the intricacies of the system and how to effectively contribute to its development. By the 60-day mark, you will take ownership of significant projects, such as developing WhatsApp voice agents or implementing an auto reinforcement learning loop. After 90 days, you will engage directly with customers to gather feedback and design APIs that not only meet current needs but are built to last for the future. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the products you develop align with user expectations and business goals. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you respond to feature requests and iterate on existing functionalities.
