What you'll do
As the Head of Talent at Finix, you will lead a high-performing recruiting team, setting the vision and strategy for talent acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the VP of People & Talent to ensure alignment on hiring goals and initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing systems that attract and engage top candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Senior Leadership team, advising on talent strategy and workforce planning. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Finix's values and culture.
