What you'll do
As the Head of Talent, you will lead the recruitment function at Range, focusing on attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent across engineering, product, design, and business functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to align talent acquisition strategies with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve designing and implementing innovative recruitment processes that enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring.
