You have a hands-on approach to recruitment, actively participating in sourcing and interviewing candidates while also mentoring your team.

What you'll do

As the Director of Talent at Airship, you will take ownership of the global recruitment function, ensuring that all talent acquisition activities are executed effectively across the organization. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on attracting top talent in various fields including Engineering, Revenue, Solutions, Marketing, and General Administration. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.

You will also be responsible for building scalable systems and processes that enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This includes leveraging technology and data to improve recruitment outcomes and ensure a seamless hiring process. You will lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, ensuring that Airship attracts a wide range of candidates.
