What you'll do
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own and execute the entire recruiting function at Stronghold. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. This includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
