You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional, and you understand the importance of driving customer adoption and satisfaction. You are a trusted advisor who can leverage your domain expertise to frame problems and find solutions that help customers achieve their business outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure customer success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Your analytical mindset enables you to measure and monitor customer success metrics effectively, ensuring that you can report progress to both internal teams and customer sponsors. You are proactive in establishing regular touchpoints with customers to review their progress against strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned customers, ensuring they realize the full value of the TRES platform. You will collaborate with sales to develop Customer Success Plans that establish critical goals and key performance indicators tailored to each customer's needs. Your role will involve measuring, monitoring, and reporting on customer success metrics, providing insights to customers about new features and identifying additional business use cases.
You will establish regular touchpoints with customers to review their progress against technical and strategic objectives, facilitating roadmap discussions and ensuring alignment with their goals. By working closely with various teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Services, Support, and Product Management, you will drive customer adoption and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to growth and securing renewals. Your expertise will help customers navigate the complexities of digital assets and blockchain technology, ensuring they can leverage these innovations effectively.
