What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Reltio, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and help them navigate our data management platform effectively. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve our services.
