What you'll do
As the Sales Engineering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Core Sales Engineering team, ensuring that they deliver high-quality pre-sales support. You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement. Your focus will be on coaching your team, helping them navigate challenges, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
You will be responsible for developing processes that enhance the effectiveness of the sales engineering function, ensuring consistency and quality in all pre-sales activities. Your role will involve regular collaboration with other departments to ensure that the sales engineering team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
