Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, particularly within the banking or fintech sectors — you've successfully driven customer outcomes and understand the complexities of digital asset management. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and scale success playbooks that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong commercial judgment — your ability to partner with senior banking leaders and guide them through the adoption of new technologies is a testament to your expertise. You are a self-directed leader who can navigate complex enterprise relationships and drive value realization for clients.
What you'll do
As the Strategic Customer Success Director, you will own post-sale success for our banking clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes on the Fireblocks platform. You will develop and execute outcome-based success plans that align with customer goals, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to scale segment growth and enhance customer experiences.
You will define the Banking Success Playbook, establishing onboarding standards and KPIs that drive customer engagement. By leveraging your technical fluency, you will guide clients through complex integrations and help them realize the full potential of our digital asset solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term success for our banking and fintech customers.
