You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the healthcare technology sector, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion. Your experience includes developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively to achieve business objectives. You are comfortable working hands-on initially, engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and how RapidAI can meet them. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare systems across Latin America.
You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can pivot strategies based on market feedback and emerging trends. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess market opportunities and challenges, ensuring that your sales strategies are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals. You are also passionate about the impact of AI in healthcare, understanding how intelligent imaging can transform patient care and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will initially focus on direct sales, engaging with hospitals and healthcare providers to showcase the benefits of the Rapid Enterpriseβ’ Platform. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Latin American market, identifying key opportunities for growth and establishing partnerships that enhance RapidAI's presence in the region. As you demonstrate success, you will transition into a leadership role, building and mentoring a sales team that shares your vision for improving healthcare through AI.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with product offerings and market needs. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer feedback.
