What you'll do
As a Technical Account Manager at FireMon, you will serve as a key technical resource for designated customers, ensuring their needs are communicated and managed across all offerings. You will prioritize technical issues, provide status updates on open tickets, and communicate the urgency of requests for enhancements to product management. Your role will involve guiding customers through services projects, providing upgrade recommendations, and facilitating their participation in early access and beta programs. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic onsite visits to strengthen customer relationships and ensure their technical needs are met.
