Who you are
You have a strong background in account management and technical support, ideally with experience in the electronics or software industry. Your ability to build trusted relationships with clients is key, as you will be the primary technical contact for Enterprise customers. You are adept at troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through the implementation and optimization of Altium's solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Support, and Sales. Your passion for solving complex problems drives you to ensure customer satisfaction and success with Altium's tools.
What you'll do
