Who you are

You are an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in account-based marketing strategies. You thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and sales partnership, and you have a proven track record of building scalable marketing programs that drive measurable revenue impact. You enjoy collaborating with sales teams and leveraging data to optimize marketing efforts. Your ability to translate account insights into personalized campaigns sets you apart in the field.

You have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and are comfortable working with various teams, including Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams. You are adept at using data to inform your decisions and are passionate about improving the employee experience through effective communication strategies. You are a team player who believes in the power of collaboration to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As the ABM Manager at Firstup, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs targeting strategic and high-potential enterprise accounts. You will work closely with Sales and other marketing teams to develop coordinated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline creation. Your role will involve analyzing account insights to create personalized marketing strategies that accelerate deals and expand existing relationships.

You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of your marketing programs and making data-driven adjustments to improve performance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to overall business goals. Your expertise in account-based marketing will be crucial in helping Firstup enhance its communication platform and improve the employee experience for clients.
