Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level customer relationships. Your leadership skills shine as you hire and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer value. You understand the importance of collaboration across departments, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations, to drive results. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion goals. You are passionate about security and compliance, and you understand the nuances of GRC programs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity, adapting strategies as needed to meet customer needs.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Account Management at Vanta, you will lead the founding team responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our largest customers. You will design and implement an upmarket account management strategy that focuses on value delivery and customer success. Your role will involve defining playbooks and coaching your team to achieve their goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of your team's efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
