What you'll do
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Five9, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a dedicated portfolio of larger customers. You will collaborate with clients to define and track key performance metrics, ensuring they meet their overall business objectives. Your role will involve creating account-specific Success Plans that leverage your knowledge of each customer account. You will provide regular updates, reporting, and periodic business reviews to customers and Five9 leadership on customer success outcomes and engagement. You will work closely with the Technical Account Manager and Account Director to expand the portfolio of products that your customers leverage, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investments. Your customer-centric focus will drive retention and satisfaction, positioning you as a key partner in their success.
