You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You are a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and can quickly build a pipeline of business. Your ability to network and generate leads through cold-calling and professional connections sets you apart. You understand the nuances of closing both complex enterprise deals and more transactional sales, adapting your approach as needed. You are a team player who values collaboration and diversity, contributing to a culture that celebrates different perspectives and backgrounds. You are results-driven, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas while maintaining a positive attitude.
Desirable
Experience in the cloud contact center software industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will help you maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting. You are comfortable presenting business plans and strategies during quarterly reviews, showcasing your ability to think strategically about sales growth.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers, leveraging your networking skills to generate business opportunities. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring that you meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas. You will develop and present business plans during quarterly review sessions, maintaining account and opportunity forecasting within our internal systems. Your role will involve driving brand awareness and lead generation through various channels, including networking and associations.
