What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the India-based Voice Engineering team at Five9. You will collaborate closely with global engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver mission-critical real-time voice services and features. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team meets its goals and maintains a regular release cadence for high-quality voice solutions. You will also be involved in strategic planning and execution, working to align your team's objectives with the broader goals of the organization.

You will conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to provide guidance and support, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback. You will lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure that voice solutions meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
