What you'll do

As an AI Automation Engineer at Tillo, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating automation solutions that streamline business processes. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to identify areas where automation can drive efficiency and innovation. Your role will involve rapid prototyping of solutions, ensuring they are reliable and user-friendly. You will also be tasked with educating teams on how to adopt and self-serve automation tools, fostering a culture of innovation throughout the business.

You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week in the Cape Town office while collaborating with a global team. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of operations and the overall user experience within Tillo. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in AI and automation, continuously seeking ways to improve existing processes and tools.
