What you'll do

As the Director of Global Payroll, you will oversee payroll operations for Five9's global workforce, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. You will design and implement internal controls and workflows to maintain compliance with international, federal, and local regulations. Collaborating closely with HR, legal, and finance teams, you will develop strategies to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy. You will lead a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes and enhance employee experience. You will also be responsible for reporting and analyzing payroll data to inform strategic decisions.
