Your background includes developing and managing compensation programs that align with business goals and foster employee engagement. Desirable
Experience with global compensation frameworks and familiarity with various compensation structures across different regions would be a plus. A background in technology or education sectors is advantageous, as is experience with people analytics tools.
What you'll do
As the Director of Global Compensation at Coursera, you will lead the design and implementation of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
