What you'll do

As a Platform Engineer at Five9, you will take the lead in gathering requirements and configuring systems to meet customer needs. You will provide product training and support during the rollout of solutions, ensuring that customers are well-equipped to utilize the Five9 platform effectively. Your role may involve acting as a Project Engineer or Solution Architect, depending on the specific needs of each project. You will manage several projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also engage in solution testing to ensure that implementations meet quality standards before going live. Your technical expertise will be a valuable resource for both internal teams and customers, as you provide guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
