What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and strategy for Nextiva’s AI Agent Platform, focusing on creating intelligent, multi-channel AI agents that enhance communication experiences for businesses. You will lead the product lifecycle, ensuring that innovation from engineering teams aligns with market needs across sales, marketing, and customer success.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product development and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include setting the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer demands.

You will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the AI space.
