What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Development at Five9, you will lead a dynamic team of Inbound Lead Development Representatives and Outbound Business Development Representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, hire, and train a world-class sales team that can effectively drive revenue growth. You will manage day-to-day operations, providing coaching and support to ensure your team overcomes challenges and achieves their goals.
You will create and implement training programs that equip your team with the skills necessary for success in their roles and throughout their careers. Monitoring and analyzing inbound lead processes and metrics will be crucial to maximizing the success of the LDR and BDR teams. You will challenge the status quo, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Management and other departments to align strategies and initiatives that drive overall business success. Your leadership will inspire a culture of openness, creativity, and continuous improvement, fostering an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback.
