You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on cloud technologies — your experience includes working with Auth Systems and Security, particularly in the context of cloud platforms like Google Cloud. You understand the intricacies of building, deploying, testing, and managing cloud software, and you thrive in a team-first culture that values diversity and inclusion.

You are passionate about developing scalable and reliable infrastructures — your expertise in Identity and Access Management systems, including OAuth and security tokens, positions you well to handle the needs of Five9's enterprise customers. What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to the next generation of Five9’s modern SaaS platform, focusing on improving customer service through AI in the Contact Center. You will play a critical role in developing a highly available and scalable infrastructure for microservices, ensuring that the Identity and Access Management system meets the demands of Five9's customers and partners.

You will work closely with other engineers to enhance and modernize the Platform Services that the Contact Center Application runs on. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing secure and efficient systems that support the company's growth and innovation goals. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
