You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in developing cloud-based applications. Desirable
Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Google AI APIs, IBM Watson, and Amazon Lex is a plus. Familiarity with microservices architecture will help you contribute effectively to the integration of Studio into the Five9 platform.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Studio software solution, which serves as a drag-and-drop flow builder for contact center applications. You will work closely with the R&D AI Automation Team to implement features that enhance the functionality of the contact center voice solution.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the needs of contact center agents and supervisors. You will also be tasked with testing and debugging the software to ensure high performance and reliability.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in PHP, Laravel, and Python to create innovative solutions that improve customer interactions. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the Five9 microservices platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
