You possess deep knowledge of Kubernetes and have implemented CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Your experience includes incident management and response, ensuring that systems are robust and reliable. What you'll do

As the DevOps Manager at Fivetran, you will lead a team of SRE Engineers based in Serbia, collaborating with teams across Ireland, India, and the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability and scalability of Fivetran’s connector infrastructure. You will oversee the development and monitoring of repeatable infrastructure, focusing on the robustness of the continuously deployed release pipeline. Your role will involve timely incident response and resolution, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of reliability.

You will work closely with other SRE managers to align strategies and share best practices across teams. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration within your team, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery. You will also be responsible for growing the Serbia-based team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
