You have a strong background in finance with experience in financial planning and analysis — you've partnered with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and understand the financial implications of business decisions. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support their financial needs and strategic goals.
You possess a deep understanding of key financial metrics such as NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV — you can analyze these metrics to provide clear insights and recommendations that drive growth and efficiency. Your experience includes developing and maintaining financial models that inform budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You are detail-oriented and ensure financial transparency and accountability in all your work.
What you'll do
As the GTM Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning activities for Jumio's Go-to-Market organization, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to actively manage the GTM P&L and provide financial insight that supports key business decisions. Your role will involve analyzing GTM performance and key metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives.
You will develop, analyze, and maintain financial models related to pipeline, capacity, headcount, and investment tradeoffs — your work will be critical in enabling Jumio's GTM strategy. You will support strategic planning and day-to-day financial decision-making, acting as a trusted business partner to GTM executives. Your insights will help ensure that Jumio's financial operations are efficient and scalable as the business evolves.
