Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly in technical environments, and you understand the intricacies of managing SaaS products. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to translate customer needs into actionable features. Your experience allows you to effectively prioritize tasks and manage product backlogs, ensuring that development aligns with business goals.
You are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, providing clarity on requirements and deliverables. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the product development lifecycle. What you'll do
In this role, you will monitor the health and performance of Fivetran's connector portfolio, ensuring that it meets customer expectations and business objectives. You will work closely with the larger product team to plan and prioritize feature development, managing the product backlog and developing feature requirements. Your role will involve setting acceptance criteria and collaborating with engineering teams to execute features effectively.
You will also partner with various stakeholders to facilitate internal management communications and business reviews, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged. Your technical expertise will make you the go-to person for engineering and other stakeholders when they have questions regarding requirements, deliverables, and incidents. This position is crucial for maintaining the ongoing health and management of the SaaS data connectors, contributing to Fivetran's mission of simplifying data access for organizations.
