What you'll do

As the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Fivetran, you will take ownership of the reliability of our services, leading a team of SRE engineers based in Serbia. You will collaborate with other SRE managers across Ireland, India, and the US to ensure that our infrastructure is not only reliable but also scalable. Your responsibilities will include building and monitoring repeatable infrastructure, managing incident response processes, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that arise.

You will co-own the scalability and reliability of Fivetran's connector infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in reliability engineering. Your role will involve developing strategies for continuous deployment and improving the robustness of our release pipeline. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative solutions to complex challenges.
