You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the FinTech sector, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to drive a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Your experience includes developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support. You are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the financial landscape, particularly in relation to rent payment solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing company.

What you'll do

As the VP of Account Management, you will be responsible for leading the account management team, focusing on post-sales revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, ensuring that clients are fully supported throughout their journey with Flex. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will work to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve the services offered by Flex, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the FinTech industry.
