You have extensive experience in account management, ideally within the FinTech industry, and a proven track record of driving post-sales revenue growth. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and manage teams effectively, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and expanded. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering exceptional service to enhance client retention and loyalty.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess account performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
What you'll do
As the VP of Account Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the account management team and ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through effective account management practices. Collaborating closely with sales and product teams, you will ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements.
You will lead initiatives to improve account management processes, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance. Your role will involve mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that Flex delivers on its promises.
