What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Chronograph, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of General Partner and Limited Partner client accounts. Your role will involve retaining and growing this client portfolio by building and nurturing strong relationships. You will develop a deep understanding of client use cases and work closely with the client services team to ensure that clients are satisfied with our cloud-based analytics and data management solutions.
You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with tailored solutions that enhance their investment performance. Collaborating with the broader organization, you will execute on retention and growth strategies that align with client goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations will be key to your success in this role.
What we offer
Chronograph offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base pay, you will receive benefits, commission, and equity participation as part of your total compensation package.
