What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of People Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they effectively partner with different departments across the organization. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement people strategies that align with Cision's goals. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
You will also be responsible for analyzing workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborating with other leaders, you will identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the People team, ensuring that Cision remains a leader in fostering a positive workplace culture.
