Overview

Flex is seeking a Manager of Partner Network Operations to lead the onboarding and operational efficiency of their partner network. You'll work closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales to ensure data accuracy and process excellence. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within a fast-paced environment, and possess strong leadership skills to coach and develop your team. You enjoy solving complex workflow challenges and have experience in managing end-to-end processes, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in revenue operations and sales, is essential for success in this role. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Desirable

Experience in the FinTech industry or a similar field would be a plus, as would familiarity with partner onboarding processes and technical implementation support. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and improvements in operational workflows. A background in project management or process improvement methodologies would also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Partner Network Operations, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the partner onboarding operations. You will manage a team focused on the entire partner onboarding lifecycle, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. Your role will involve hands-on project leadership, where you will balance team management with direct involvement in operational tasks. You will work closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales to ensure that the partner network scales effectively while maintaining high standards of data accuracy. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the onboarding process and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles.
