You have a strong background in partnership development and management, ideally with experience in the FinTech sector. You are highly analytical and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments allows you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. You are driven by results and have a track record of delivering measurable impact through strategic initiatives. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and are comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Partnerships Lead at Flex, you will be responsible for developing and launching new partnerships that align with our mission to enhance the rent payment experience. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to identify opportunities for growth and ensure that our partnerships deliver value to both Flex and our partners. Your role will involve monitoring partnership performance, analyzing data to uncover insights, and making recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. You will also play a key role in communicating the value of our partnerships to stakeholders and helping to drive engagement with our enterprise clients.
