Who you are

You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in scaling hiring processes in fast-growing startups. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can balance speed with quality, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective. Your ability to partner with leadership and translate business goals into clear hiring plans is essential. You understand the nuances of recruiting for technical, go-to-market, and operational roles, and you are committed to improving the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including founders and functional leaders. Your experience in building hiring processes and strategies will be crucial as you work to attract exceptional talent. You are passionate about creating a strong, diverse workforce and understand the importance of compliance in global hiring practices.

Desirable

Experience in early-stage (Series A/B) companies is a plus, as is familiarity with global workforce management and compliance challenges. You may also have insights into the latest trends in talent acquisition technology and methodologies, which can help streamline the hiring process further.

What you'll do

As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for priority roles across various teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Customer, Engineering, and Product. You will partner closely with leadership to develop clear hiring plans that align with business objectives and ensure that the company attracts high-quality talent without compromising on speed or quality.

You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. Your role will also involve building and refining hiring processes to enhance the candidate experience and ensure a seamless recruitment journey. You will work to create a strong employer brand that resonates with potential candidates and reflects the company's values and mission.

In addition to recruiting, you will analyze hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. You will collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure that onboarding processes are aligned with the company's growth objectives and that new hires are set up for success from day one.
