You are a seasoned recruiting professional with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for corporate and mid-senior level roles. Your experience has equipped you with strong stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively partner with hiring managers across various departments. You understand the importance of maintaining integrity and promoting diversity in the hiring process, ensuring that every candidate is treated equitably regardless of their background. You are proactive and solutions-oriented, always looking for innovative ways to attract top talent.
You have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and are skilled in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers is key to your success, as you work collaboratively to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans. You are committed to creating an equitable and welcoming environment for all candidates, aligning your recruitment practices with the company's values.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus, as is familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools. A background in recruitment for diverse functions and markets will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
In your role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for the Insights product and corporate roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and engaging with candidates post-offer to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the business goals, ensuring that the company attracts and hires top-tier talent.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment. Your role will involve building a strong talent pipeline and elevating the employer brand through innovative sourcing techniques and participation in campus events. You will also play a critical role in maintaining the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
What we offer
Guidepoint offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 USD, along with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic recruitment team that values integrity and diversity, working in a hybrid environment that allows for flexibility.
