You are a strategic and data-driven leader with a strong background in talent management and development. You have experience designing and executing comprehensive strategies to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across an organization. Your ability to analyze data and measure program ROI is essential in ensuring that the capabilities required for future growth are built effectively.
You understand the importance of onboarding experiences and manager training, and you are passionate about building robust leadership programs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to partner with various business units to identify talent needs and implement effective solutions. What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the Talent Management and Development function at Flex. You will develop and lead strategies that enhance the onboarding experience and implement manager training programs. Your responsibilities will include building leadership programs that align with the company's mission and growth objectives. You will act as a key partner to the business, using data to identify needs and ensure that the organization is equipped with the right talent for future challenges.
You will collaborate with various teams to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve them. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. You will be instrumental in shaping the talent landscape at Flex, ensuring that the company attracts and retains the best talent in the FinTech industry.
