You have a proven track record in health and safety management, ideally within warehouse or manufacturing environments — your experience has equipped you with the ability to implement effective safety practices that resonate with teams on the ground. You understand the importance of clear communication and leadership in fostering a culture of safety, ensuring that every team member feels empowered to prioritize their well-being. Your analytical skills allow you to turn safety data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in safety protocols. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to the dynamic needs of warehouse operations. You are passionate about creating a safe workplace and have a strong commitment to compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll do
As the Health and Safety Manager at Fullscript, you will take ownership of health and safety across our warehouse facilities. You will set clear expectations for safety practices and support site leaders in implementing these standards effectively. Your role will involve spending significant time on the warehouse floor, where you will partner with operations teams to identify potential hazards and prevent incidents before they occur. You will analyze safety data to inform decision-making and develop training programs that enhance safety awareness among employees. Regular travel between facilities in Virginia, Kansas, and Arizona will be required to ensure consistent safety practices across all locations. You will also be responsible for conducting safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
