Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the digital advertising space, and possess strong leadership skills that enable you to guide a high-performing sales team. With at least 5 years of experience in sales, you understand the nuances of the digital landscape and how to effectively engage with clients to drive results. Your ability to identify the perfect customer for Quantcast's offerings is key, as is your expertise in pre-sales qualification and strategy development.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with account management teams to ensure seamless implementation and growth of new business. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to close deals effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions.
Desirable
Experience in a Demand Side Platform (DSP) or similar digital advertising technology is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and can adapt your approach based on client needs and market trends.
