You have a strong background in solutions consulting, ideally with experience in global trade or logistics. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges and find innovative ways to meet customer needs. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the success of the integrations you deliver, understanding that they play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery for all integrations required to onboard Flexport's largest and most complex customers. This includes collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineers to ensure that all aspects of the integration process are executed smoothly. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical specifications that guide the development and deployment of integrations. Your role will also involve ongoing support and optimization of these integrations to ensure they continue to meet customer needs over time. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving the success of Flexport's service offerings.
