What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrations for Flexport's largest and most complex customers — this includes collaborating with various teams to ensure that all service offerings are effectively integrated into the Flexport platform. You will be responsible for managing the deployment process, ensuring that all integrations are stable and meet customer expectations. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, allowing you to continuously improve the integration experience.

You will work closely with the sales and account management teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored integration solutions — your ability to understand both the technical and business aspects of the integration process will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with solutions engineers and product teams to ensure that the integrations align with Flexport's overall strategy and capabilities.
